EXE Capital Management is the boutique private investment office for entrepreneurs and families navigating business exits, succession planning and long-term capital preservation.
Free from product bias or external influence, we provide both advice and discretionary management and construct portfolios around a handpicked set of exceptional managers. We shun the growing industry trend for standardised, fixed asset allocated portfolios that fail to meet individual client needs.
We are assisted in this by our Independent Investment Committee who between them have a wealth of industry experience, as well as the extensive research available to us as a discretionary fund manager.
Being small by design allows us at EXE Capital Management, to genuinely bespoke portfolios and give our clients our full attention.
EXE Capital Management is directly authorised by the Financial Conduct Authority. Client assets are held separately and securely through a selection of independent custodians including Pershing Securities, part of the Bank of New York Mellon and AJ Bell.
